Our Purpose
Building Community
Our homeschool community is just that … a community. We are dedicated to fostering "childhood untrammeled" through child-led learning experiences.
We believe families are craving a physical, in-person space to be together as a community. Lily Lake was created for this reason. As a homeschooling family, with both parents working, we struggled to find a place that met all our wants and needs, so we set out to design it.
Our goal is to provide a space where children can experience the adventure, freedom and wonder of childhood while parents find a supportive environment that helps them juggle the competing demands of today’s world.

Ways to Visit
Lily Lake Play Cafe and Homeschool Collective is an indoor play cafe and homeschool learning center. Each building provides local families a unique space to work, learn, grow, and thrive with their kiddos across all ages. Our Indoor Play Cafe is geared toward toddlers and our Homeschool drop off program starts for kids 5yrs old and up.
Preschool Co-op
Specifically designed to be clutter-free, our indoor play café provides a safe and stimulating environment for children, ages five and under, to play and burn energy.
Caregivers can enjoy an aesthetically pleasing café experience while working or socializing with friends (or even doing nothing.)
We partner with local food vendors to provide quality, healthy food that everyone will enjoy.
Day Passes
Our supportive environment welcomes homeschooling families seeking a balanced approach to education that honors each child's natural curiosity and developmental journey. With learning guides and more structured training available, Lily Lake offers a place to explore, interact, and grow.
Explore Lily Lake Homeschool Collective with a single session or full-day pass — an easy way to see if our space is the right fit before joining as a member.
Memberships
A self-directed learning environment where homeschooled kids from all backgrounds and ages can spend their days together, free to come and go as best works for your family.
Includes “spark sessions” and homeschool access as well as meetings with our learning guide and discounts on “Specialty Classes.”

Why Lily Lake?
Community
Similar to a traditional homeschool co-op, Lily Lake provides a space for homeschool families to socialize and learn together.
Support
Caregivers who work outside the home and want to homeschool, but need time to do other things kid-free: we are here for you. Lily Lake is a drop-off program so you can run errands, work, or just sit and do nothing in silence. Want to stay? Feel free to join in the fun or bring a laptop and work from the Collective.
Flexibility
Our drop-in model was purposely designated to allow maximum flexibility for our member families. We recognize that lives are busy and schedules vary, and the last thing many of us want is one more commitment.
Variety
Based on the needs and interests of our community, we hope to become a comprehensive resource for homeschool families in the area so they aren’t constantly driving children from class to class all over the city.
We popped into Lily Lake today to explore the Play Cafe with our toddler. The space is incredible; it’s thoughtful, clean, spacious, and fun.I would highly recommend Lily Lake. We’ll definitely be back for play days, lunch, remote work sessions, etc.
